By purchasing, trading, adopting, or being gifted a design, you agree to these terms of service.

General Theristis Rules

• When purchasing or creating a Theristis, we assume you have read and agreed to our Terms of Service (TOS). Failure to comply with these TOS will result in a Strike or Blacklist, depending on the offense.

• Theristis are a closed species by Mika-tama.

• They must be credited when uploading a Theristis design.

• You can obtain a Theristis through Official Adopt designs and Myo slots/designs. You can not create a Theristis besides these methods.

• Co-ownership is allowed with a max of 2 people.

• If trading/gifting/vouchering/reselling a Design or Slot, both owners must confirm the owner-transfer.

• You must first receive a Regulator’s permission before being listed as a co-owner.

• Reposting the adoptable art is only allowed on Toyhou.se. You can also request to link the TH profile with the Masterlist.

• Posting a Myo Design anywhere is only allowed after it is approved.

• Always watermark the work to protect the original artwork and your property.

• It is not allowed to use a Theristis for commercial usage.

• You can pay a fee to gain the rights.

• The regulators have the right to screenshot conversations for documentation purposes.​

Payment

• You must be able to pay within 48 hours! Do not bid, claim, offer if you can not afford it.

• You can request payment plans for adoptables over 100€ / $ 120

• If the payment is not fully completed in the agreed-upon timeframe, the artist may not refund the downpayment, and the adoptable will be put up for sale/auction again. Please bid responsibly.

• We don’t allow backing out of bids, claims, offers. If you still back out, it will result in a Strike.

• Once you completed the payment, you will receive the final files, and it becomes your character or Slot.

Owner Transfers

• If you are Trading/Gifting/Reselling a character or Myo Slot, you have to reply to the comment in the Masterlist entry with the following form:

• New Owner:

• Obtained from: [Resell (include resell cost), Trading, Voucher (include voucher's worth), Gifting]

• The trade has to be confirmed by the new Owner and the Regulator Team.

• Members can not be given Theristis design to blacklisted users. This action will result in a Warning.

• Theristis Designs and Myo Slots have a 1-month cooldown period after an ownership transfer. You can not trade/gift or resell the Design or Slot in this period.

Trading / Gifting

• If you obtain the Design or Slot from trading or gifting, you can only trade the design for another design, artwork, or gift to someone else.

• When trading or gifting, the Design or Slot will have no resale value. They can only be traded or gifted.

Vouchering

• You are only allowed to voucher if you purchased the Design or Slot for money.

• Once vouchered, the design will be considered traded and cannot be resold or vouchered again.

Reselling

• You can resell the adoptable only for the original price. If you have purchased any extra commissioned artwork, you can add them to the adoptable's worth, but please note that personal artwork does not add to the price.

• You can trade the adoptable or gift it to a friend. But once gifted or traded, it loses all monetary value and cannot be resold. It will follow the trading rules or gifting rules depending on how the Design or Slot was transferred from here forth.

Make your Own

Myo Slots

• You can obtain Slots through slot sales, free MYO events, events/raffles, and the Death Shop.

• Slot Values

• Regular: 20€

• Variant: 35€

• Special: 45€

• Crossbreed: 45€

• Slot sales are final; there will be no refunds.

• Per Sale, you can purchase up to two Slots. If you are buying for another person, please mention their username in your claim comment.

• Theristis Myo Slots have a 1-month cooldown period after an ownership transfer. You can not trade/gift/resell or resell the Design or Slot in this period.

• You are only allowed to own two Myo Slots at a time. Please design and get the Myo approved before purchasing another Slot.

• Event Slots will always have a 1-month Expiration Date. If you commissioned someone to design your Event Myo, you could ask for a 3-month extension if you provide proof (a message from the artist, an invoice, etc.) Please contact the Regulator team.

• You can also purchase Myo Slots with Death Coins you can earn through art, writing, and events. You can find more information here.

• These Slots have a limited amount each month, and you can also obtain one each month.

• DC Slots can't be resold, traded, or vouchered, but gifted. Please contact the Regulator team about the exchange.

Retiring

• Maybe you want to leave the community or are asked to leave it (blacklist). If that is the case, you can/have to remove the Traits of your Theristis.

• We do not claim the individual traits, but we do not want the design to resemble a Theristis anymore. So please remove all traits and backstories that follow the Theritis lore.

• It includes:

• any soul fire (ears, tail, uncontrolled)

• ability to show their animal skull with soul fire

• weapon(s) to collect souls

• soul-vessels

• Current Theristis artwork posted to Toyhou.se must be deleted or put onto a separate "Do Not Use" tab.

• You have to contact the Regulator team to work with you to ensure your removal from the species is adequately mediated.

• Retired Theristis need to be approved as well!
